Call for Proposals

The Society for the History of Collecting, an Affiliated Society of College Art Association (CAA), is soliciting proposals for our dedicated session at the 2024 edition of the annual CAA conference. Scheduled to take place in Chicago, February 14-17, 2024, the deadline for submitting a proposal to chair the session is Friday, April 14, 12:00pm EDT.

The topic is open but should engage with current issues related to the history of collecting.

Please submit an abstract of no more than 250 words to americas@societyhistorycollecting.org with the subject line: CAA 2024 Session Proposal along with a short CV.
