The Proceedings of the Society for the History of Collecting is a twice-yearly, online publication for members of the Society. It acts as a forum for current research and informs members of events in the world of art, art markets and collecting. It thus contains three or four longer essays, selected from papers delivered over the year, whether at conferences where the Society hosts a session or individual talks. There are also sections with short reports from museums on conservation, display and collections, exhibitions or other events or news of interest to members. We hope that the Proceedings will appeal to everyone interested in collecting and encourage our members to engage with the Society in all its aspects.

The Proceedings will be available to members only for the first two years, after which they will be generally available on the website.
